Meatless March is a social movement, an annual challenge to go without eating meat for the month of March. It is the trigger for a growing consciousness about what we eat, and in turn a move toward better nutrition, and increased health and fitness. So why should you try Meatless March?

  • It is safe and healthy!
  • It’s delicious!
  • It can save you money!
  • And simply to try something new!
  • Because after all, it’s only a month!

Eliminate your meat intake, or just reduce it gradually. Try it for a whole month, or just a week or two, there’s many ways to ‘skin the carrot’ It’s your decision on how long and what level of vegetarian diet you try.
