About our logo...
The MeatlessMarch graphic is based on "Bi Nka Bi", a West African Adrinka symbol meaning Peace and Harmony. In Ghana the symbol appears as a stylized representation of two fish biting each others tails.
"Bi Nka Bi" translates literally as "one shall not bite the other"; a concept reflected ideally in a vegetarian diet.
In a demonstration of the harmony our logo represents, a portion of any earnings from MeatlessMarch.com will be invested in micro-capitol loans to entrepreneurs in Africa.
