Stir-fried Mushrooms with Onion

Ingredients: 

1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and peeled
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
½ tsp sesame oil

Instructions: 

Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok. Add onions and sauté over medium high for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and chicken bouillon. Stir occasionally, cooking for 6 more minutes. Add sesame oil before remove from the heat.

Serve over rice.
